Maramataka

Maramataka
Since term 3 has started we have been learning about maramataka .
Maramataka translates as moon rotating and we have learnt about the lunar calender and that all the days represent a maori word and you can't plant on a fishing day. You can plant on a fishing day but you plant wont grow big.
When it's a full moon it's good for anything.
